Norman Emanouel

Norman is the founder of Oakshield. His background in the corporate sector, as a senior management executive, gives him a unique insight into the areas of business, business financing and management.  His is a story of well-rounded experience.

Norman's entry into the business brokerage field came in the late 1990s, after a long career in corporate management and financial management of some of Australia's major corporate names.

His strengths in financial and corporate management and business structuring make him a very strong advisor to many of Oakshield's business clients and as a personal confidant to their owners.
 

Olga Evseeva
 

Educated in Moscow, Russia with a Bachelor degree in Thermal Power Engineering and a degree in Music, Olga moved into administration and finance with one of Russia's largest banks, where she worked as a senior personal assistant and office administrator for over 10 years.

In 2002 Olga emigrated to Australia and very soon began her professional career, obtaining her full real estate agent's licence.

Olga has been intimately involved in masterminding the creation of Oakshield and as an administration manager. She is a valuable contributor to the team at Oakshield.

Olga fills the vital role of roving ambassador for Oakshield and steps into administration support as and when necessary. She also consults to our property development businesses.

Wayne Land

Wayne graduated with honours in Engineering, from James Cook University, in 1982.  He has since owned or managed businesses in software development, electrical services, construction and several other fields.

Wayne's technical experience and corporate management background are combined with many years of hands-on experience during his career.

Whether it's managing multiple property developments or developing high end software applications for governments globally, Wayne takes a pragmatic, businesslike approach to every project in which he is involved.
